Welcome to Quista. This platform is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) operated by Kopella Solutions Private Limited. By using our application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Service

Quista provides an advanced digital arena for knowledge testing and skill assessment. Our service includes access to a proprietary question engine, real-time performance analytics, and community leaderboards.

2. Promotional Rewards & Gifts

To encourage platform engagement and user loyalty, Quista provides promotional rewards (e.g., gadgets, electronics, and apparel) to top-performing users.

• Funding: All rewards are promotional gifts funded directly from the platform's service revenue and the founder's marketing budget.
• No Stakes: Quista is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering platform. Subscription fees are for platform access (PaaS) and are never used as stakes or pooled for prize money.
• Discretionary: Rewards are distributed as promotional incentives based on skill-based performance metrics.

3. Subscription (₹250 Plan)

The Quista Premium subscription (₹250) provides enhanced platform features, including access to specialized arenas and advanced rank tracking.

• Subscription fees are payment for software-as-a-service and are non-refundable once the premium features are accessed.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party integrated gateways (PhonePe/Razorpay).

5. Platform Integrity

Use of automated bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Quista reserves the right to suspend any account that compromises the integrity of the promotional system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kopella Solutions Pvt Ltd is not responsible for external factors such as internet latency, device hardware failure, or logistics delays by third-party delivery partners for promotional gifts.
